crafted / handmade when ordered - Rush Shipping is not available.

SheepieShop.com currently ships within the United States and some
items are available for shipment to Canada.

Canadian orders

Orders to Canada incur an additional
$15.00 shipping charge and must be processed manually.

All duties, GST, taxes are the responsibility
of the recipient of the order.

Please note that orders with multiple
items may be shipped in multiple packages as many items are shipped directly
from the artist / manufacturer to the recipient.

Products that begin with the model code
listed below are not available for shipment to Canada:(Model
codes may be found underneath the title on each product page)

Returns

Permission must be granted by Sheepieshop.com
before merchandise may be returned for exchange within 10 days of receipt.

In the unlikely event your item is not
what you ordered, please email us and we will provide you with the information
you need to return/exchange items.

Items will only be exchanged / refunded
if defective or if item received was not as ordered.

Many of our items are individually custom
/ handmade when the order is placed and can not be returned / exchanged
/ refunded unless defective or incorrect. Please be sure you are ordering
the right size.

If items are returned without permission,
items are subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking charge, shipping charges
are not refundable.

Claims for breakage should be made with
the shipping agent.
